Only one that comes to mind is a long since out of publication book:

G.Kacmarcik, Optimizing PowerPC Code: Programming the PowerPC Chip in 
Assembly Language, Addison-Wesley, 1995. (ISBN 0201408392) 

Only suggestion is to search used book stores for a copy. Decent 
reference
book.

Hopefully someone else will have a more recent recommendation.
