The CodeWarrior flash programmer just programs your project, then you 
debug as normal except you don't need to download the image first. I 
think you are limited to 4 breakpoints. Of course, if you find a bug 
you have to re-program the flash each time, which is time-consuming.

You will of course have to change your linker settings appropriately 
to generate the flash image. Be very careful not to overwrite the 
Axiom monitor program in low flash. If in doubt use the Axiom serial 
port monitor to program the flash, then connect your debugger and 
debug from CodeWarrior.
