Programming PB-0555 flash with Codewarrior

I'm using the Codewarrior Flash Programmer with the PB-0555 (MPC555
with no external memory). I can use the flash programmer to erase
and program without codewarrior generating any errors. However, the
program does not run when I reset the processor. I can load my
Debug target to ram (no problems with that) and examine the flash
addresses and there is no code there. I know that I was able to
erase the flash because the monitor utility that came installed on
the board is now gone.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Is it a problem with my
board, wiggler, or a memory protection issue? I thought it might be
my initialization file, which is modified from a phyCORE-MPC565
project I've been using. Does anyone have an initialization file
for the PB-0555 I could look at?

I appreciate any help I can get. I'm trying to get a basic project
running for a professor before I leave town in a couple weeks. He'd
like to use the 555 as a teaching tool next semester.

Thanks,
Robert
