Perpetual RESET

Hi all,
After trying to use BDM my MPC564EVL board RESET LED has turned on forever.
Something similar happened when I connected BDM many times before and the problem dissapeared after conecting and desconecting BDM.
But now there is no way to eliminate de reset, not even pulling the BDM plug!!!
Is the microcontroler broken?
Any suggestion would be greatfully apreciated.
