Check the CLKOUT signal to verify you clock input and MODCLK settings
are correct.

Also check the reset signals and any devices that are connected to
HRESET or SRESET. There are some recent mails in the archive that
discuss the value of the pull-up resistor on HRESET

Subject: [MPC500] Perpetual RESET

Hi all,

After trying to use BDM my MPC564EVL board RESET LED has turned on
forever.

Something similar happened when I connected BDM many times before and
the problem dissapeared after conecting and desconecting BDM.

But now there is no way to eliminate de reset, not even pulling the BDM
plug!!! Is the microcontroler broken?

Any suggestion would be greatfully apreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Mikel A-A
