the CodeWarrior debugger assumes that you want to stop and go to debug
mode if any exception occurs, this includes the external interrupts.
There is a configuration panel in CodeWarrior debugger preferences that
allows the user to select which exceptions they want the debugger to
catch/handle and which ones to allow your code to handle. You  need to
change these preferences if you want your application to handle the
external interrupts.

	I am using evaluation version of metrowerks code warrior version
8.1 for mpc565 processor. We are testing peripherals for 565 but after
assigning the level of interrupt and enabling interrupt we are getting
message as "Power pc Exception: external exception 0x0500 " instead of
going to interrupt routine.
