Thanking for your valuable suggestion
As you told, I have unmarked the External EPPC exception in configuration panel to allow code to handle instead debugger to catch.
But still it is displaying dialog box with message other than this(Program exception or machine check exception). I have tried with freescale interrupt examples(PIT example, examples from codewarrior directory and TPU zip files) by adding separate exception.s file also. I have unmarked all exceptions. Still ISR is not excuted.
Can you please suggest me what I should do or send me one example code with all required files. Still is it problem with compiler settings or hardware problems or processor is not able to fetch ISR address.
