Codewarrior runs a configuration script before downloading and executing
code from RAM.  This config file is part of your project and may be
modified.  Once your code executes, it can overwrite registers that the
config script has written earlier. Use the debugger to check the value
of PDMSR before executing your code is another way to determine of the
config file is writing this register.

Ensure something on your board isn't pulling these signals high by
testing them after a reset before executing with codewarrior.

Hi,
   
  I am working on MPC565 processor on Metrowerks Code worrior.
  I am facing problem with Address lines. Some of the address lines are
showing active high state after dumping the code into internal SRAM by
using Code warrior (I think this are acting like pull up connected pins)
. 
  I have already disabled pull ups for all Address lines in PDMSR
register.
   
  The address lines A24,A23, A22, A21, A16 are acting like Pull Up
connected pins.
   
  Please suggest me why the address lines are behaving like this. Is
there any default initialization sittings in Metro werkes CW.
