Address lines Pull UP

Hi,
I am working on MPC565 processor on Metrowerks Code worrior.
I am facing problem with Address lines. Some of the address lines are showing active high state after dumping the code into internal SRAM by using Code warrior (I think this are acting like pull up connected pins) .
I have already disabled pull ups for all Address lines in PDMSR register.
The address lines A24,A23, A22, A21, A16 are acting like Pull Up connected pins.
Please suggest me why the address lines are behaving like this. Is there any default initialization sittings in Metro werkes CW.
