Thank you for your replay, I haven't configured the address lines for SGPIO. So default is ADD only. And one thing is voltage levels are 3 Volts only not 5 Volts. It means these are address lines. And one more doubt is generally in any controller data will not appear on external bus if we are accessing internal address locations. But in MPC565 we are getting address and data on the corresponding lines even we are accessing internal address locations. I am summarising my doubts. 1. Why some address lines are acting like pullup connected lines? 2. Why the data and addrress are appearing on corresponding lines even when accessing interanl address location? That is showing the vale as 0xF0000000. Which means all the control and address lines are connected to internal pull ups. Then all the address lines must be behave like pull up but it is not happeming like that. Only some address lines are behaving like pull up. I have already tested my board there is no pull ups connected to Address lines. Please suggest me what will be the problem.
