you must have "show cycles" turned on. This is a debug feature that allows the addresses of internal accesses to be shown on the external bus (without asserting a chip select). this allows tools to trace what the processor is doing. Show Cycles is controlled in the ICTRL register on the MPC500 devices. The ISCT_SER bits control this. The default value is 0b000. This should normally be set to 0b101 or 0b111. So default is ADD only. And one thing is voltage levels are 3 Volts only not 5 Volts. It means these are address lines. And one more doubt is generally in any controller data will not appear on external bus if we are accessing internal address locations. But in MPC565 we are getting address and data on the corresponding lines even we are accessing internal address locations.
