etpu problem

Dear all,

I have problem with etpu code.

In my application code I included etpu_set1.h file and copied etpu code array into etpu Shared code memory.
I assinged QOM function to CH16(4ms interrupt),  Shared data base address and sent Host service request as single mode. In CH16 ISR I am toggling one port pin.
I compiled with code warrior and programmed into flash with eSYS tool. 
When I power on the board I got output(port pin toggled) first time for some time. But after some time on the board the reset light was glown. 
When I power on the board again there is no output(port pin is high) and reset light is glowing continuosly.
When I tried to erase the flash, it is not erasing. It is showing continuosly erasing.
I have selected single core while creating project. Is there any problem with this settings. Is it necessary to select multi core to use etpu in codewarrior compiler.
  I don't understand the problem. 
Can anyone please suggest me how to erase the flash now(showing continuosly earsing). It is very very urgent. My project is pending due to this problem.
