Problem solved, it was actually a hardware problem on my board. All channels are now working correctly. I have set up the ccw table on QADC_A to convert channels 44 to 59 (AN44 to AN59) and the CCW on QADC_B to convert 64 to 79 (AN64 to 79). When I test this operation channels 44 to 59 work perfectly but 64 to 79 are not working. Looking at the status of QADC_B it seems that conversions are taking place. If I get QADC_B to convert 44 to 59, this works, and conversely QADC_A converting 64 to 79 does not work. Channels 80 to 89 work on both QADCs. I noticed that the MPC565 manual states the pad type for AN 44 to 59 is 'input/output' but for AN 64 to 79 'AMUX Input'. Is there somewhere where I need to 'switch on' this pads so the QADCs can see them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
