Im not sure I have the same OB, but my LCD screen sometimes show
the same error message. This is because the default video signal that
goes out of the VGA output comes from the outer space. I suspect it to
be designed to be just acceptable for both CRT monitor and TV via a
cheap link.

To get rid of this and obtain a fully compliant signal, Use the JMPER 4 luke !
