I've bought 2.5" inch Toshiba 40GB disk (MK4025GAS). It is flat (9.5 mm),
very quiet, and it consumes below 3 watts of power, so heat shouldn't be=20
the problem.  I'm now building mounting kit for it, that will occupy
PCI slot. For the time being I use USB hard drive.
