The NASA-6108VLLA may be what you're looking for. They only sell wholesale, but I think storever can deliver these if you ask them nicely. Oh, and you'll have to make your own casing. Other than that, the Nagasaki stuff is quite affordable and powerful to make your own devices, (but stay away from Disk-On-Chips). Regards, Luuk
