help with downloading to flash

Hi guys, 
I'm a newbie. I purchase the BL4S160 and I try download several bin file to flash and it did download.  But why is it that whenever I reset the board the program is gone. How do i put a bin file to this board so whenever i reset or power down, I the program/firmware is still on the board?  sorry for this question but i'm new to programming rabbit-board.
