Using Serial Flash and Serial Port on RCM5750

Hi There,

I am upgrading some hardware to use a RCM5750 and would like to utilize both the serial flash capabilities and also use Serial Port B.

Is it possible to use both without moving serial B to port D using #define SERB_USEPORTD? It looks like this will move them to PD4 & PD5 which isn't brought out on the RCM5750 (i think). 

In a slightly different implementation (RCM3710) I had it working by moving to port D.
