In the mean time, please check out the PK2100 Rugged Giant documentation available at <http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=4898&type=documentation>. You may want to start by looking at the PK2100 User's Manual documentation for memory select / type jumper settings, to determine whether your PK2100 has EPROM, flash or SRAM program storage. If SRAM program storage, then I'm afraid your program is gone for good, unless you have source code.
