Re: DC 10.70 vs 10.72

True, but there are a lot of libraries involved. This seems like 
something fairly basic, so I was hoping to avoid something like that.

I've tried turning on verbose in the IP, TCP, and ARP libraries. But
nothing useful was revealed.

So far I've diff'd the dcrtcp.lib and dhcpd.lib lib's. No differences.
