I've run into this issue with an older RCM3000 based board. My old development was on a Windows XP machine with the original ZWorld recommended USB to RS232 module. Now that I have had to switch to Windows 7 64 bit I can't get it to communicate with the RCM3000 using the same or any USB to RS232. I even tried a few of the ideas on delays etc. Nothing has worked so far. Very frustrating and I don't want to go out and get a machine just to run Windows XP on. New machines also lack real RS232 ports, just like the one I have here. :( Sadly it looks like Digi are not backwardly supporting DynC 9.xx or providing cables that work so I doubt I am going to be able to do anything with it. I have moved away from the Rabbit products over the last couple of years for various reasons, reduced support for legacy products being one of the reasons. Dave. I still use my old program on a windows XP I don't think the new program supports the old processors.
