How to 'recover' or pull a program from the board

Hi All,

I'm looking for some help. My PC crashed (HDD failed) and i had made no backups of my program (yep, school boy error). So rather than starting afresh i was wondering if theres a way to pull the program from my board back into DC.

I'm running with RCM3200's
