Please email me your test code off-list (tom-lnEA/wrDJtNWk0Htik3J/[email protected]) and I'll take a look at it when I'm back in the office later this week.  I'd like to see an example program that has valid ADC readings until it accesses the serial flash.  My goal will be to make updates to the program or libraries so the ADC continues working after reading/writing the serial flash.
