Re: Review of HD1000 at Digital Producer.(Notentirelypositive)

There must be some quality issues with some HD1000 as my Roku never crashes 
and works well.  And I have done some pretty bad programming on it that I 
thought should have f**ked it up nicely, but it keeps working.

Sure the remote isn't too powerful and the current software feature set is 
definately still a version 1.0 set, but that is what we all pay to being 
early adopters.

Personally, I contend that Roku's HD1000 is the best example of a digital 
home entertainment hub.  I'm looking forward to the next HD1000 with 
(hopefully) firewire(i1394)/DTCP, more memory and a faster CPU, plus of 
course a spouse-friendly UI.
