Announcing: DVArchive client for Roku HD-1000

I've made a simple client program for DVArchive which gives a list of ReplayTV
shows available on a DVArchive server, and then streams the selected show to
the Roku HD-1000 using CinemaSix.  I've also include a modified executable for
CinemaSix which will handle http streaming the ReplayTV MPEG files (and also
MPEG PS in general).  This makes the Roku act as a thin client for ReplayTV
DVRs.
