Updated MusicJukebox

Another updated version of MusicJukebox (v1.0.4) for Roku is available.

Modifications include:

-Added a user interface to create/edit/delete automatic playlists
-Fixed scanning issues for songs with the same name as existing songs
-Pressing EXIT during scanning, does not exit (nor does it crash anymore)
-Roku doesn't like accented characters in filenames!  Those songs will be 
skipped.

If you are seeing Jukebox rescanning every time you run it, then make sure 
you have the directory that Jukebox.roku is located in Writable by Roku.  
This will allow the music database (jukebox.data) to be create in that 
directory so that it doesn't need a full rescan when it runs.
