In 1994, Vaughn Cato and I were discussing things like 3-D maze engines and bitmap scaling. I didn’t know how to do anything like that. But he did (indeed, he went on to have a career in computer graphics and such, working on movies such as Lord of the Rings and Avatar).

He put together a small demo of a 3-D vector maze that ran under OS-9 Level2.

Beyond mentioning this on my blog in the past, I am unsure if anyone ever saw this beyond Vaughn and myself. I don’t think it was ever anything more than just some demo code he sent to me to check out.
