Hi Bill, it was actually frustration with these sites that prompted 
this. My mind and their classifications have never meshed. In the days 
of hard copy catalogues I could browse to a picture that looked close, 
then check the data sheet on line, but now unless I know which 
classification to look in I can't get at a parametric search, and even 
then I can't search how I want to. I'd waded through well over 150 data 
sheets on Mouser and Digikey before I got really fed up with the whole 
process.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has space constraints as a prime spec. 
Switches are almost as bad.
