I am using Ubuntu Linux version 12.04 with:
mspdebug 0.18-1
db-msp430 7.2~mspgcc-7.2.2
gcc-msp439 4.5.3~mspgcc-201
The MSP430 development software was downloaded from:
http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu precise main #Third party
developers repository
I have developed several applications for the msp430g2553 but always got
a Segment fault when I tried to use gdb.
