Yeah, I think I'll grab a laptop tomorrow and bring it home to try it out.

I may just break down and get another IP and router (so that I have two)
and make it work that way. I thought that this would be an elegantly
simple solution to my work router problem.

There's been some great ideas generated. This should not be this hard, but
oh well.
