Re: Analog Audio dead

Thanks for all the responses so far.

First:
    Thanks for the reminder to check the volume.  I'd seen it mentioned in
previous posts where folks were having trouble with their analog output.
Based on these older posts, I checked the volume before I posted my
question, and it appears to be fine.  It's set to 0 dB attenuation - i.e.,
100% of the available signal.

Low bitrate streams & AT output:
     My understanding from posts going back several years now is below a
specified bitrate (I believe it's pretty high - like 96 kbs or something),
you will not get any digital output at all.  For those low bitrate streams,
ONLY the analog out provides a signal.  I set up my TR stream URLs quite a
while back and had tested all of them.  From then, I seem to recall the
cutoff for digital output is >= 96 kbs.  Right now, the 128 kbs streams I've
got programmed into TR run fine via the digital out.  The only streams I
have below this bitrate (and I have many of these) are bitrates <= 56 kbs.
These do not play on the digital out.

AT analog out:
     Under no conditions do I get a signal from the AT analog out.  In the
past, all streams sent to the digital out where also available via the
analog out.  For the lower bitrates, only the analog out was available.  Now
I get nothing from the AT analog out under any conditions.  I should say,
I'm not running this through an oscilloscope or anything.  I've just done
the pretty trivial test of switching my AT digital & analog outs on the
stereo system.  In other words, the AUX channel on the stereo plays the
"analog" out from my external DAC (which is fed from the AT digital out)
just fine.  When I connect the direct AT analog out to that same AUX
channel, I get nothing on my stereo.

So - I'm still left wondering what to test/fix next.

Any thoughts?
