yes the AT digital output does not cover all bitrates. Thats normal.

The next test regarding the analog Audio item would be to connect headphones to
the front plug and check if there is any signal.

If not, all further testing can only be done with opening the case (should be
done by TB or a certified technician because of dangerous voltage inside).

There are 2 possible causes for the defect then: First (easy) is that the cable
between the mainboard and the headphone plug is defective. This cable leads the
analog signal from the mainboard to the headphone plug switch and then back to
the mainboard. If there is any interruption there, the analog audio remains
silent. The second one (not so easy) is a defective mainboard. Thats hard to
repair - in most cases you need a new mainboard.
