Yes, please.

Seth & TB seem like a decent guy and company, respectively.  The AT
franchise represents an option with some value independent of whether they
have any firm plans for development.

Guys:  You ought to lay off Seth and TB.  The AT
intellectual property, installed base, etc. etc. still
represents equity owned by Seths's company, and they
have a duty to their investors to protect and defend
it.

Why, you ask?  Probably so they can sell it to another
company and still be able to get something for it.
They can't allow you to use their own resources to
dilute the value of the AT franchise.
