IEEE GEM 2026 - Submission Deadline Extended to July 6

Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to announce that the submission deadline for IEEE GEM 2026
<https://attend.ieee.org/gem-2026/>  has been extended by two weeks, to July
6, 2026.

Mersivity: "Tech for People and Planet", technology that connects people
with one another and with their environment.

 

Through the Mersive Games theme, we aim to explore how technology can
contribute to the well-being of humanity and the planet. We welcome
comments, perspectives, and new ideas on the guiding paper as we prepare it
for publication. Those interested in actively contributing to its
development are also welcome to contact us.

 

We look forward to receiving your submissions and hope to see you in Berlin
in early September.
