SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submitted manuscripts should use IEEE 2-column conference style and are lim=
ited to 6 pages (including references).
All papers accepted by a workshop will be published in the CNSM 2026 Procee=
dings and will be sent for inclusion in the IEEE eXplore digital library.
The submission and revision process will be managed through the EDAS system=
 (submission link: https://edas.info/N35574).
