ficial intelligence reveals positive and negative effects stemming from s=
ectors of society that seek to undermine this process. For example, users=
 of interactive systems, as well as designers, programmers, analysts, eng=
ineers, and others working on computer systems, find themselves completel=
y defenseless when algorithms are illegally manipulated by individuals wh=
o sell themselves to the highest bidder. In other words, when observe tha=
t some tiny groups within society, posing as false =E2=80=9Cchampions of =
global users' rights=E2=80=9D, attempt to control scientific developments=
. =0A=0AAn individual analysis of the members of these groups reveals tha=
t they were formed in societies that have endured long periods of dictato=
rship in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and so on. The vertical educ=
ational structures and the management of human capital have not changed o=
ver time. A common denominator among those at the top of this management =
structure has been their involvement with private and/or religious instit=
utions at some stage of their education. =0A=0AThis is one of the reasons=
 for the interest in the ethical implications of the rise of artificial i=
ntelligence, which is forming destructive and worldwide power lobbies, as=
 is generally the case with the latest technological innovations, aimed a=
t the base of the population pyramid. Actually, these groups can act with=
 impunity from within the university sphere, sheltering under the umbrell=
a of university autonomy, disabled people, gender studies, STEAM =E2=80=93=
just to cite a few examples=E2=80=93, in democratic countries. When disco=
vered, they refuse to be investigated, citing reasons such as =E2=80=9Cth=
e good of the university's corporate image.=E2=80=9D =0A=0AA close look a=
t these individuals reveals the presence of narcissism, psychopathy, and =
Machiavellianism, yet they have managed to maximize their economic gain w=
hile minimizing labor costs. These groups have jumped on the bandwagon of=
 artificial intelligence with the aim of increasing their mercantilist an=
d tyrannical power. To this end, constantly they are resorting to terms l=
ike emotions, empathy, and ethics. =0A=0AWith the first, =E2=80=9Cemotion=
s,=E2=80=9D they expand into neurological aspects; with the second, =E2=80=
=9Cempathy,=E2=80=9D they manipulate individual and social communication;=
 and with the third, =E2=80=9Cethics,=E2=80=9D they present themselves as=
 false champions of universal justice. This manipulation of the triad has=
 been observed in recent decades in the evolution of usability engineerin=
g, human-computer interaction, user experience, human-centered design, in=
teraction design and children, gender equality, educational ecosystems, i=
nformation retrieval, recommender systems, empirical software engineering=
, web research, afective computing, podcasting, wearable sensors, and so =
on. =0A=0AInterestingly, the ethical, and often aesthetic, epicenters of =
those who practice these deviations from the epistemology of science are =
located in private and/or religious education, which tend to be above any=
 system of norms or legal structures. So much so that within these univer=
sity educational contexts, they resort to lawyers to promote anonymity fo=
r their illegal actions, such as silencing journalists, censoring content=
 on scientific platforms, threatening editors, and the relentless persecu=
tion and professional destruction of other colleagues, among many other c=
riminal acts. =0A=0AThese actions are punishable under criminal law and a=
re worlds apart from freedom of expression, or the rights to human dignit=
y, the veracity of information, and the transparency of public officials'=
 activities, among many others, such as the denigration of journalists, t=
o cite just one example. These fake lawyers not only misuse social media,=
 starting with digital photography, video, podcast, etc., in social netwo=
rks, but also promote the distortion of reality in exchange for money fro=
m their corrupt clients. Therefore, they are invisible sources that daily=
 promote social and academic corruption, among others, and also contribut=
e to the academic failure of future generations interested in new technol=
ogies, the modernization of science, and education. =0A=0AActually, many =
of these actions remain hidden even with artificial intelligence. Consequ=
ently, we are facing an exponential phenomenon where artificial intellige=
nce and all its positive applications take on a negative character when t=
hese human and social factors come into play. These negative components w=
ill daily undermine the harmonious progress of the democratization of sci=
ences =E2=80=93formal, natural, and factual=E2=80=93 whose ultimate goal =
is the common good of society. While there are many academic spaces where=
 technological advancements in the use of artificial intelligence can be =
debated and exchanged regularly, in the form of seminars, workshops, symp=
osia, conferences, etc., a significant gap is evident. =0A=0AThat is to s=
ay, there is a lack within AI that focuses attention on these human facto=
rs, where the Omega generation, through the =E2=80=98G=E2=80=99 factor (G=
 =3D Gardu=C3=B1a =E2=80=93Spanish or Gardunia =E2=80=93English) is once =
again attempting to undermine the democratization process of a new intern=
ational computing tool. =0A=0ASimilar to the democratization of the inter=
net in the 1990s, the communication gap described by Umberto Eco, between=
 the apocalyptic and the integrated, is being exacerbated in AI by these =
destructive agents and their modus operandi. Hence, it is the importance =
of identifying the mechanisms and instruments employed by these destructi=
ve forces, through the latest advances in social networks and artificial =
intelligence. =0A=0ATherefore, in this space, we place the user at the he=
art of the entire current and future technological context, which relates=
 to the harmonious advancement of the responsible use of artificial intel=
ligence, in contrast to those who, under the guise of a false legality, a=
nd the triadic relation between education narcotized, Gardunia factor and=
 Omega generation, are fostering the destruction of the democratization p=
rocess by resorting to the illegal use of computer algorithms (classical =
or quantum), whether intelligent or not. =0A=0ABy the way, we note that o=
ther associations, institutes, federations, etc., international pioneers =
in the advancement of computer science, electronics, information processi=
ng, and computing machinery, do not have mechanisms in place for the defi=
nitive eradication of these dangers for future generations of users. They=
 only have bureaucratic mechanisms, such as filling out forms or email ad=
dresses, which not only fail to solve problems but also fail to respond t=
o messages when ethics are conspicuously absent in certain areas that the=
y themselves endorse, whether naively or consciously. =0A=0ASimultaneousl=
y, hardware and software aspects of artificial intelligence, both current=
 and those of the immediate future, will also be considered and studied i=
n detail in this international event. In short, the aim here is unite and=
 examine systemic problems / solutions about the interrelation between th=
e latest developments, trends, and challenges of artificial intelligence =
in the educational, labor, commercial, industrial fields, and so on, plac=
