 they are mistakenly used as synonyms, through new information technologi=
es, and more specifically, in social networks and in educational institut=
ions. From the perspective of communication theory and information techno=
logy, the sum of each of the contributions made by the pioneers and speci=
alists of the 20th century provided a more accurate picture of reality an=
d context.=0A=0AA reality that could not be easily manipulated by traditi=
onal media (press, radio and television) as it is now, through the bits o=
f information technology or the pixels of plasma screens. In addition, wh=
en this manipulation undermines the foundations of the democratic system,=
 those responsible for it must assume responsibility for the seriousness =
of such events, particularly in the places where future generations are e=
ducated.=0A=0AUsually, teachers have as their main role to impart knowled=
ge or skills in the educational process. Education is a formal process th=
at can be developed within physical classrooms and/or at a distance, thro=
ugh virtual classrooms or campuses, thanks to the democratization of the =
Internet. On the other hand, the learning process is more extensive and l=
ong-lasting over time, since it involves a constant acquisition of new kn=
owledge, skills and abilities, through various channels or communication =
instruments, whether interactive or not.=0A=0AThrough education and learn=
ing, today, millions of human beings are trying to quickly acquire the ba=
sic knowledge to understand the functioning, the main benefits and possib=
le disadvantages of artificial intelligence, but with a great difference =
from what happened in the process of democratization of the Internet at t=
he end of the 20th century. This contrast is that the media have begun to=
 emit two alarm signals, in the social metamorphosis that is intended to =
be achieved in the short term. On the one hand, the imposition of an ambi=
valent model of the democratic electoral system, through the algorithms u=
sed by artificial intelligence, that is, =E2=80=9Calgocracy.=E2=80=9D=0A=0A=
This is a bipolar paradigm: Algorithms + democracy, or also, algorithms +=
 autocracy. On the other hand, this last equation has begun to be observe=
d with educational corruption and verticalist / authoritarian power, whic=
h is being silently implemented in the classrooms.=0A=0ABoth alarm signal=
s have begun to sound lately, at the time of choosing the main institutio=
nal authorities (rectors), supposedly respecting the statutes of universi=
ty autonomy. However, the media tells us that democracy no longer exists =
in certain academic areas, due to the expansion of the G Factor (G =3D Ga=
rdu=C3=B1a / Gardunia). These first signs reveal the possibility of losin=
g the democratic system in universities.=0A=0AThese educational centers s=
hould have as their north in their daily activities universal access to s=
ecular education, and not formative commercialism. As is well known, =E2=80=
=9Ceducation=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9Chealth=E2=80=9D are the two fundamenta=
l pillars of any society that calls itself developed from a cultural poin=
t of view. Therefore, it is necessary to examine in detail this negative =
factor called the Gardu=C3=B1a (Spanish) or Gardunia (English), which fro=
m the computer sciences is not only eating away at the foundations of uni=
versities founded in the 13th century (Salamanca), or those nominally ref=
erred to European royalty (i.e., Carlos III in Getafe, Legan=C3=A9s, ... =
=E2=80=93Madrid), or new international university (La Rioja), or universi=
ties of regional / autonomous governements (Balearic Islands, Basque Coun=
try, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia =E2=80=93Barcelona, Lleida, Girona=E2=80=

ome examples from the "Mare Nostrum" or Mediterranean area, but also prom=
otes social, global disinformation, and educational / research corruption=

emselves as data analysts, promoters of educational excellence, specialis=
ts in the didactic use of the latest information and communication techno=
logies, strategists in the transfer of knowledge between the university a=
nd industry / business, promoters of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterpr=
ises) with artificial intelligence, organizers of ethics committees, etc.=
, the truth is that the media and its professionals observe how telling t=
he truth and exercising freedom of expression is no longer possible becau=
se the Gardunia intend to impose the gag law throughout our planet.=0A=0A=
In this space we intend to unite synergies to counteract that negative fa=
ctor that is the Gardu=C3=B1a / Gardunia, which implies in an explicit an=
d implicit way the annihilation of the democratic system through the ICTs=
. Therefore, in this space we invite all communicators (editor, journalis=
t, publicist, web content manager, and so on), teachers, students, resear=
chers, industrialists, businessmen, etc., to present true cases of person=
al and/or group experiences, results of experiments, reports of criminal =
acts, detailed verification of fraud, and so on; ranging from the grantin=
g of academic degrees, scholarships, prizes, and so forth, rigged in adva=
nce, publications arranged between friends, pathological narcissism in so=
cial networks, university elections with allegations of fraud, favoritism=
 for access to lifelong teaching positions and the rest of the illegal ac=
