Call EWSN 2026 Community Event

 Dear wireless (sensor) networking enthusiasts,


Also, this year's International Conference on Embedded Wireless Systems and=
 Networks (EWSN) will host a special track, the Community Event, which will=
 take place on the first day of the conference (September 16-18, 2026, Dres=
den, Germany).


The EWSN Community Event is about connecting young PhD students and postdoc=
s with experienced senior researchers. This track is an excellent opportuni=
ty to discuss technical and non-technical topics that pave (or hinder) the =
way towards a successful career in academia or industry, and to discuss wir=
eless sensor networking topics that are important for the community at larg=
e in a slightly more informal setting.


If you have a perspective on a technical or non-technical topic that you wa=
nt to publish as an Extended Abstract in the EWSN proceedings, you can subm=
it such an abstract by August 30 via https://hotcrp.netd.cs.tu-dresden.de/e=
wsn26-community-session.

Participation in the Community Event does not require a submission of an Ab=
stract, though, but registration.
