Has anybody successfully utilized (Is anybody successfully using) podcasts, blogs (vlogs), wikis, advergames (and RSS feeds) to help companies enhance the user experience? Does using ads in RSS feeds and/or on blogs strengthen or cheapen the user experience? As "traditional" communication is oftentimes presented from a one-way standpoint (from company to user) and channels like wikis and blogs support more of a two-way collaborative framework (markets are conversations vis-à-vis The Cluetrain Manifesto), is it harder to maintain the user experience with the proliferation of these new channels? Thoughts? Ideas? Good and bad experiences? Anybody willing to predict where these channels will fit into the overall mix once the hype wears off?
