I would recommend the Institute of Design (ID) at IIT, they have a Professional Masters Degree program, an MS and a PhD in Human Centered design. Check out www.id.iit.edu. It's not a traditional design school so make sure it's what you want! I graduated in 1998 and would highly recommend it for both Product and Communication design. The other one I would recommend, d'school at Stanford. They just got a huge endowment and David Kelly, founder of IDEO runs the program.
