Good call - there was a great presentation by Sara Ulius-Sabel from 
Whirpool this week at the Adaptive Path Managing Experience event in San 
Francisco. Even thought her focus was on the characteristics of the 
product development process, it was evident that the culture of the 
company supported a good product experience so I infer that other 
dimensions of the business were set to support it.
