Livia, Can you expand a bit on this? The reason I aks and also you Bob, is b/c Whirlpool is known for great thinking around design, and many of these practices are applied to their products. But the question in the thread is how do they deal with their business side relationships. Did this come up with Sara's presentation? Do they take their consumer experience spirit and apply it to the B2B side as well?
