Hi Peter, thank you for sending this along! - I think what you have shown here is a great example of a strong visual reference for your screenflows. Not an easy thing to do.. which is why I am sending out notes. Did you work with a larger team - or did you do this yourself? Appreciate you sharing this. best, susan [toronto] From: Peter Boersma To: [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2004 7:29 AM Subject: RE: [AIGAExperienceDesign] looking for an example of a visual task flow [whoa, extensive cross-posting there!] Susan wrote: > does anyone know of a visual reference I can look to, for the > creation of a taskflow for usability? I am not entirely sure what you mean with a "visual reference" for a "taskflow for usability", but I have a feeling the J-Flow might be of interest. To have a look at an example of the J-Flow, our in-house developed presentation format for screenflows and wireframes, click on the link "HTML deliverable" on: http://www.xs4all.nl/~nieuwnet/iasummit/ The 5.5MB big presentation that can be downloaded from that page explains the ideas behind the J-Flow and was given by my colleague and I at this year's Information Architecture Summit. Let me know what you think... Peter P.S.: The J-Flow is currently NOT a commercial product. If you would like EzGov to develop this further, please send us a support note.
