Hi Elena, I appreciate the feedback... I think your definition is probably one of the strongest in the thread. I really don't remember who posed the original question... ((It wasn't me...))... As a practicing experience designer, I'm always eager to hear different perspectives on our field. To throw out another perspective, Architects and interior designers have been utilizing a similar process but without the buzzword attached. If you know anyone in architecture, they will surprise you with some of their methodologies. I recently was talking to some friends who designed the Palm store.-- It was definitely an experience design problem, but they viewed it as a architecture design problem.
