Thank you David for sharing these good brand experience examples. I 
have been enjoying your manifesto - it looks like your company uses 
a similar discipline to the company I worked for in Minneapolis. I 
was just in Soho a few weekends ago-I wish I had known about your 
walking tours - great idea!
