Ahh, on reading the article some more I came across a phrase that makes me
think we are really looking at this with very different lenses:
³I realized some time ago that while "information architect" describes
my profession, findability defines my passion.²
So let me reposition my feedback and say that I think helping users get
better at using a system, becoming more skillful, is an important part of
user experience.
