Peter, The honeycomb looks like a useful heuristic device, or perhaps a sales prop, for explaining the facets of user experience...I wonder though how one would go about explaining the interrelationships between these facets...do they all relate to one another, or does each relate only to the facets which it faces? Also, these facets seem web-centric...what about tangible product development or service improvement? Would you need additional facets for those user experience domains?
