i appreciate your reply.

acctually i m designing a furniture site in which
users are allowed to play around with the composition
by moving around the tools, changing the size and
choosing what tools and options they need on their
page...

this is why i'm asking about: the advantages and the
disadvantages that "some" user control will bring to
graphic design...
and if there are some articles or thoughts about that.
