Subject: [AIGAExperienceDesign] Good Account Manager Advice?

Hey AIGAers!

My position at work is being redefined. I'll now be
doing less design and more account manager duties.

The trouble is, I've never really played that role
before. Can anyone recommend some good on-line or
off-line resources I can reference to start off on the
right foot? Book titles would be great if you have
any.

Thanks,

Peter
