A few years back I did an identity program for a photographer. When I presented the mark she said "You've captured what we said perfectly and we were wrong. Can we start over?" Seeing a real manifestation of statements brings a direct emotional aspect to a conversation that otherwise would be delayed until much wrong-direction work is accomplished.
